At Cup’d Up, every item is produced and packaged with care before heading your way.
Our average processing time is 2–5 business days, and most orders ship shortly after that.

Shipping Times

Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details.
Delivery times vary depending on your location, but most U.S. orders arrive within:

5–10 business days after shipment.
Remote or rural areas may take a few days longer.

Please note that during peak seasons, holidays, or severe weather, carriers may experience delays that are outside our control.
