Return & Refund Policy

We stand behind the quality of every product we ship. Each item is made with care and inspected before it goes out, but if there’s ever an issue, we’ll make it right.


Returns

Because each order is produced individually, we only accept returns for items that arrive damaged, misprinted, or incorrect.

If you receive a faulty or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at hello@cupdup.com.
Include your order number, a short description of the issue, and clear photos of the item and packaging.

Once your claim is approved, we’ll send a replacement or issue a refund to your original payment method.

Returns or exchanges for wrong size, color, or change of mind are not accepted. Please double-check sizing and product details before placing your order.


Refunds

If your refund is approved, it will be automatically processed to your original payment method.
Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank or card provider.

If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved, please contact us at hello@cupdup.com.
